NFC Type 3 / Felica tags not detected.

      Target detection is started but targetDetected signal is never received for type 3/Felica tags. Four different type 3 tags
      have been tried without success. Detection is working for type 4 and Mifare tags.

      Also tested with qt-mobility 1.2 update attached to bug QTMOBILITY-1835.
