Qt Mobility 1.2.0 from Qt SDK 1.1.3 has NFC deactivated for the C7 with Anna

The new public Qt SDK 1.1.3 contains a Qt Mobility 1.2.0 .sis-file:
C:\QtSDK\Symbian\sis\Symbian^3\QtMobility\1.2.0\qtmobility.sisx

This installs fine on the Nokia C7 with Symbian Anna (FW 22.014).

While NFC classes are available, the functionality doesn't seem to be activated in the DLL.
QNearFieldManager::isAvailable() returns false
QNearFieldManager::startTargetDetection() returns false

Consequently, no NFC interaction is possible.

The previous Qt Mobility 1.2 beta package was working fine and did have NFC enabled for Symbian Anna / C7 ( http://labs.qt.nokia.com/2011/04/12/qt-mobility-1-2-beta-package-released/ )

So this is a regression / new error compared to the previous release. With the new Qt Mobility version, no NFC development is possible on the C7, the only Symbian phone with NFC enabled in the market at the moment.
