Create PoC of Using DRM planes for animated backgroud

DRM has been proven to be viable API to display safety critical icons without windowing systems, but so far the icons have been on just black background. This task is to see, how we could make safety critical icons appear on top of animated background and preferably with ordinary Qt.

At least NVidia's DRM example program could draw half transparent layer on top of windowing system's screen. Study, if this is something generally available technique from DRM API, like planes or was it just NVidia specific composition trick.

Definition-of-Done: safety critical icons rendered over (preferably) animated background.
