Qt cloud dashboard configuration

Related to #2.

The developer should have a wizard which they can use to configure the Qt cloud inside their Qt creator. At this moment, Qt cloud configuration is local to every project, however at some point, it should make sense to associate it with the Qt cloud account.

Based on the current code base of this MVP repository (commit 4f34519) the Qt cloud dashboard needs at least the following:

• Gitlab URL `e.g. https://git.qt.io`
• User's private token `e.g. your_Private_token`
• Project path `e.g. playground/qtcloud`

In order to also manage the local git repository, we would also need the path of the Git repo which is being managed by this dashboard.

• Other important things:
  • If the user is cloning repo using our utility, then we are storing the "CLONED_PATH_LOCAL"
  • However, if the user has already cloned the repo, then we should auto detect the:
    • <auto detect> Gitlab URL
    • <auto detect> Project path
    • <ask user> Gitlab private token
