Description
This is apparently related to use of microsite, since the difference becomes when you change to a different URL.
1. In order to experience this, go to home page on https://www.qt.io and hover over the menu "Product" and "Use Cases" to see the drop down menu
2. Click on "Resource" in order to get to https://resources.qt.io . Here, most menus on the top bar are different than on the https://www.qt.io
Moreover, if select "Mobile Devices" from "Use Cases" on https://www.qt.io.
