Clickable breadcrumbs in Wiki for category pages on DevNet

Please provide breadcrumb-style navigation for category pages (pages starting with "Category:") in the DevNet header:

This avoids inconsistencies with the layout, and allows for easier navigation to supercategories.

(PS: Are feature requests like this one to be filed as "Bug" or "Suggestion"?)
