    Description

      When trying to add Qt 6.1.1 as a version to the list of versions in MSVS 2019 then it fails to get added, there is error output from the tool indicating that qmake was unable to invoke cl. MSVS 2019 is installed correctly and running qmake from the command prompt for VS works fine too. When running MSVS from the command prompt for VS then it gets added fine.
