Implement framework to run automated tests

To test the correctness of new features in the Qt VS Tools extension, and also avoid regressions, a framework to allow automated testing of the extension should be implemented.

This framework should be designed with a view to including the Qt VS Tools development in a continuous testing infrastructure. In that regard, it would be interesting that the framework be based on Qt Test.
