When converting a project to MsBuild it will lose any settings regarding to files that should be excluded from the build

When converting a project to MsBuild it will lose any settings regarding to files that should be excluded from the build. So if there are moc files that are marked as being excluded from the build, due to them being included directly, these are now compiled in.
