Compiling qrc won't generate rcc if it already exists

      If the rcc file already exists in the output directory, running a manual compilation of the associated qrc file (Right click > Compile in the object explorer) won't do anything.

      The existing rcc has to be remove manually from the output dir.

      My current rcc settings are attached to this issue.
