.NET Framework required is not installed

I am using this version :

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017
Version 15.6.0
VisualStudio.15.Release/15.6.0+27428.1
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.7.02556

I can't install Qt Tools because after start the installation is giving this error:

The extension 'Qt Visual Studio Tools' requires a version of .NET Framework that is not installed.

I attacched the .NET version that is installed, I tryed to unistall and reinstall again visual studio and all the packages with always the same error.

Someone can help me please?
