Changing precompiled header data does not trigger update of moc

When the project's precompiled header data is changed (add/change/remove precompiled header file, through or use) the custom build steps for moccing the files have to be updated accordingly. At the moment, the easiest way to toggle an update is to change the project's moc dir twice.
