    Description

      Steps:

      1) I have Qt Visual Studio Integration 1.4.3 installed.

      2) I start Visual Studio.

      3) From Visual Studio's Qt menu, I select "Open Solution from .pro File", and I open our main .pro file, client.pro.

      4) From Visual Studio's Build menu, I select "Rebuild Solution".
=> See the attached file Integration_1_4_3_after_rebuild.JPG, which contains a snapshot of Visual Studio's window after this operation has completed. Especially notice the fact that all the project folders (located on the top-left side of Visual Studio's main window) are closed. This is as expected.

      5) I close Visual Studio.

      6) I uninstall Qt Visual Studio Integration 1.4.3.

      7) I install Qt4 Visual Studio Add-in 1.1.0.

      8) I start Visual Studio.

      9) From Visual Studio's Qt menu, I select "Open Qt Project File (.pro)...", and I open our main .pro file, client.pro.
=> See the attached file AddIn_1_1_0_after_open_pro.JPG, which contains a snapshot of Visual Studio's window after this operation has completed. Especially notice the fact that all the project folders are still closed, as expected.

      10) From Visual Studio's Build menu, I select "Rebuild Solution".
=> See the attached file AddIn_1_1_0_after_rebuild.JPG, which contains a snapshot of Visual Studio's window after this operation has completed.

      11) As you can see from AddIn_1_1_0_after_rebuild.JPG, Visual Studio automatically opened "Generated Files" folders. Actually, almost all the 22 "Generated Files" folders (we have 22 projects in our solution) are opened. This opening happens during the build process, as the projects are being built.

Given that we current have 22 projects in our solution, this behavior is a major hindrance. As noted in step 4) above, this does not happen with Qt Visual Studio Integration 1.4.3.
