One of my projects is always built, even if it is up-to-date.  I get the message when the build verbosity is set to 'diagnostic'.

      15>------ Up-To-Date check: Project: TintaLibrary, Configuration: Release x64 ------
15>Project is not up-to-date: build input 'C:\Users\Roger\source\repos\Projects\Master\Tinta\Release\qmake\qtvars_x64_Release.props' was modified after the last build finished.
15>------ Build started: Project: TintaLibrary, Configuration: Release x64 ------
      15>Search paths being used for $(MSBuildExtensionsPath) are C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\MSBuild;$(MSBuildProgramFiles32)\MSBuild

I have deleted the .vs and the Release directories as well as any .qmake.stash files.  That may make the problem stop for a while, but it returns again quickly.
