Error happens when select Qt version on Qt VS tools

Hello,

Customer is reporting that the error message appears when they choose Qt version on Qt VS tools and they can’t create project file as well.

Error message is following and it says

"Can't read QtQuickApplication3.vcxproj"

"Can"t validate [System.IO.File]::ReadAllText......."

"Can`t find C:\user\local\Qt-5.15.6-arm\mkspecs\qconfig.pri"
