Missing include for qtservice.h

While qtservice.h does indeed meet the need, it is the old-style Qt3 naming. All Qt4 headers use the "ClassName" rather than "classname.h" format. Indeed, you can see that there are headers for QtServiceBase and QtServiceController, it's just that QtService is missing.
