CI system permits changes which accidentally disable all autotests

If somebody makes a change which accidentally causes all autotests to be disabled, the CI system will happily accept it.

There should be some kind of a check for this. Suggest simply having a configurable "minimum amount of test results" check. If less than that many test results are found, the test run is a failure.
