Description
Currently we run Ubuntus, RHELs or Debians to run different infra services. In maintenance breaks they receive tons of updates that then require the server to be rebooted.
Perhaps we should run some services like IRC in distros that are very minimalistic and don't require updates and reboots, since they don't contain packages that require updating.
