Test eglfs compile as part of CI

      It would be nice to have eglfs compilation tested as part of the CI system. Not tests need to be run, just compilation.

      To compile eglfs on the desktop you need,
      1. linux
      2. libegl1-mesa-dev package
      3. configure -opengl es2
