Description

The on-premises license server should allow/restrict license reservations based on a user list available in access control list file (ACL) as a JSON file.

Setup instructions prior to testing:

Start license server executable with environment variable ACCESS_CONTROL=yes
The ACL file has been pre-configured, but its content will change according to test cases
Installations from offline installer has been done in prior to actual testing.
