Description
An idea has been proposed that Sanity Bot should check if a bug fix has corresponding
autotest case updates to prevent a similar bug slipping past the CI in the future. Sanity Bot could search for "Fixes:" in the commit message and check if autotest files have been modified. If there are no testcase updates, the sanity bot would give -1 with a comment to check if a testcase update is needed, or if this should be tested in RTA phase (a link to create Jira task to RTA would be good). The sanity bot value could overwritten manually with a comments, if needed.
Before implementation this should be discussed on the development list.
