Sometimes a cherry-picked change might fail to integrate due to CI flakyness.
It's possible that the author won't notice that and the change will hang in gerrit until someone notices.
It would be nice if the bot posted reminder comments or restage the change itself.
Perhaps use a strategy, restage a few times (2?) and if it still fails, start reminding the author until the change is either merged, abandoned or deferred.
Perhaps remind every 1-2 weeks?
