Nightly runs in COIN for branch heads

      It needs to be possible to schedule nightly runs on already integrated branch heads.
      Test results (junit)-xml-files of the integration needs to be stored to testresults.qt.io
      A way to identify which are the nightly results is needed. (new integration type system_health_check?)
      Also there needs to be a way to enforce rebuilding and retesting everything.
