V2.2.1-NQT-005, V2.2.1-NQT-004
Description
when pushing to a gerrit remote that ends with a slash (e.g., ssh://codereview.qt-project.org/qt/qtbase/), things go terribly awry. the change is accepted for the correct project, but the change's project in the overview page then shows it for a project which ends with a slash (and doesn't really exist), and trying to make a scripted review leads to a "no such patch set" error message.
i guess this may have something to do with our topic review functionality, so i'm not submitting upstream yet.
this is somewhat critical, as a minor mistake on the user side completely defeats the Sanity Bot.
