Create basic bug metrics for open governance

"I think it's important for both Nokia and the community in general, that we are as transparent as possible, and give out the hard numbers for all the modules that we work on in the open:
• Total open tasks (broken down in suggestions and bugs?)
• Number of closed tasks last week (broken down to rejected and resolved tasks)
• Number of new tasks last week
• Number of active tasks last week (tasks with changes to them, based on the "updated field")"
