Qt Sanity Bot takes a long time to give review after moving branch

    Description

      After moving branch the reviews are lost (good!), but sanity bot does not give a new review until much later, so approvers will need to give sanity review as well. Optimally sanity bot would give a review within the same amount of time as it normally would for a new patchset.
