      Sometimes it is possible to press stage button multiple times, (if there is a network delay or something).

      Normally server should reject the second stage command, but there is a case where is caused a change to end up in state where stage was not possible anymore: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/263161.
