Display last parts of agent log first

      When opening the log link, the log will display the beginning of the log file first that is rarely the most interesting part of the log and it takes a long time to scroll through the log.

      It would be better usage of the users time if the log would show last (200-300) and a link would be displayed for opening the rest of the log, if needed.
