VMs are getting slow on hosts that have 2 weeks uptime

Hosts virtual machines suddenly start to slow down when hosts have been up and running about two weeks 

Symptons:

VM's won't boot up before timeout

Timeouts during builds

etc.

This won't affect to the host only vm's running on it.
