Android binary packages should have the target compiler in its name

      Instead of mentioning the host compiler, it would make more sense to mention the target compiler in the package names.

       

      Currently we name use the host compiler in the package name. In windows this is currently MinGW. This data has little of interest to us. On the other hand we just changed the target compiler GCC into Clang. This information is probably more useful in the packages.
