Refactor utils.isBoot2Qt method

      The method name suggests it should return a boolean, but it returns a string variable. This is confusing.

       

      Possible solutions:

      • Split the method into two where the other one returns string and the other boolean
      • Rename the method to ...toString, or equivalent and make the use cases make handle strings only
