Show release milestones in graphs

It would be useful to display past release milestones in some of the graphs in QtMetrics, e.g. the weekly inflow/outflow graph. Normally, we would expect to spikes in outflow before each release and spikes in inflow just after each release, and displaying the release milestones would help to put these spikes in context.
