Description
Sometimes a VM doesn't start up claiming no bootable disk. Further inspection reveals that the tier2 image is corrupted (while tier1) is fine.
Verification done with qemu-nbd.
Perhaps this is a race-condition in the tier2 creation when branches shares a tier2?
Workaround is to delete and re-create the offending tier2 image.
