We presently have a heroku instance on which we publish our QUIPs; it would be better to have something like https://quips.qt.io/ or a /quips/ top-level component of some other qt.io web-site.
This would ideally make it possible to have the QUIPs web-site auto-update incrementally, where the heroku instance requires (at least in its present form) updating elsewhere and then pushing a new version to heroku. (This can, of course, be automated, too; but it's done at one remove, rather than on the live web-site. It may be able to automate on the instance, too, but it's not immediately obvious to me how to do so.)
