Most developers do not have access to manufacturer granted capabilites (TCB, AllFiles, DRM) and many cannot access the restricted ones either. They will likely only have access to the capabilites supported by Open Signed Online.

Example and demo applications should not make use of such capabilites unless it it really really needed and in such cases there should be clear documentation statin that those are advanced examples which require special capabilities.
