Description
Currently Mobility documentation is specifying the Symbian Capabilities mainly per module. E.g. http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtmobility-1.1.0/quickstart.html
It should document capabilities at the function level. E.g. http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtmobility-1.1.0/qnetworksession.html#stop
Pros - A benefit is that the developer can avoid Symbian signing process if the functions used does not require Symbian Capability.
Cons - not all capabilities are unconditional and are based on the parameter's value . The RFs (a handle to a file server session) could be a good example as the user can access private folders only while having AllFiles or even TCB capability. It could make it harder for a developer to learn Qt programming on Symbian.
