      -Query if the network supports call diverting
      -Query current call diverting status for all, busy, not answered, out of reach, not available calls
      -Setting and deactivating call diverting for all, busy, not answered, out of reach, not available calls

      = Same functionality that can be manually set from Symbian Device's settings: Settings > Calling > Call divert > Voice calls
