$$QTMOBILITY/examples/declarative-* -examples need deployment rules. This is particularly important for Symbian and WinCE, but its likely beneficial to be able to 'make' the examples as standalone apps on other platforms as well.
An example how to do this: examples/declarative-location/[flickr | landmarkbrowser | mapviewer]/
e.g see the three needed files (well they have adequate content, up to you how many files you need :. landmarkbrowser.pro, deployment.pri and qmllandmarkbrowser.cpp
