We were using QtBearer in MeeGo Garage application for determining connectivity status (online / offline). After some time running the application, around 1 hour, the application lost icons and pixmaps from most widgets. The debugging lead to QtBearer which was creating sockets every few seconds without ever closing them, which lead the application to a out of handles situation, after that no images loaded anymore. Easy to test running lsof every 10 seconds or so, and checking how many new handles are created in the application.

      MeeGo 1.0 uses qt-mobility-1.0.0beta1-4.26.i586
