Mobility: simStatus of SystemDeviceInfo for Simulator Qt and Symbian always report SimNotAvailable

As described in the title. The return value is always SimNotAvailable, even though a SIM card has been inserted onto the device (or emulated in the case of Simulator). The API works correctly as tested on Maemo though.
