Configure.bat does n't configure macros rightly for systeminfo component

      1. Do Configure -release -modules systeminfo
      In configure.bat

      call :compileTest SymbianContactSIM symbiancntsim
      )

      2. call :compileTest SymbianContactSIM symbiancntsim ( doesn't configure if -modules systeminfo is selected )

      3. This works if I simply do configure -release
