Contanct API 1.2 Open Issues

There are couple open issues regarding Contact API 1.2, for details see below

Comparing API 1.1 and 1.2 specs this the one that has been added:

• Why this is not tagged as "since 1.2"?

This Contact observer case is not closed in Jira:

For both of the above Symbian status is unclear: does these features really work in Symbian?
