BtChat, BtFiletransfer and BtScanner examples have unnecessary capabilities

      There are Qt mobility examples in
      http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-mobility/qt-mobility/trees/master
      BtChat and BtFiletransfer examples have capabilities that prevent to self sign the application.
      These are not needed.
      Only Localservices capability should be enough.

      BtScanner has "WriteDeviceData" that should not be needed either. If it is needed, it should be explained in PRO file.
