maemo5 contacts backend doesn't report errors correctly in contactIds() function

The implementation of the contactIds() function in the maemo5 contacts backend currently reports the most recent error (which may be NoError) rather than the most recent error which is not NoError. Thus, users may be led to believe that no error has occurred when really some database read failure occurred, for example.
