Doc samples are not real applications

Both the contacts and versit doc snippet sample codes get compiled to real applications (and then show up in menu lists, as bins etc).

At the least they should not be installed, and ideally not even linked into a real binary. Perhaps a library target instead of an app would be best. Compilation is still required
