Symbian video outputs: Cover view with black if nothing is rendered

      Cover the Symbian video outputs with black color in case nothing is rendered.
      Currently if no video or viewfinder is rendered to the view, the UI can be seen.
      This would especially improve the QML video and camera elements on platforms where loading the multimedia resource is slow.
