Link C++ classes and respective QML Elements in documentation

It would be convenient if one could jump from C++ when browsing particular classes or elements. For example, open

there is no hint that this class actually is covered by mobility QML bindings, what the element name is, etc. If you want to find out whether it has a binding, you have to traverse the QML plugin documentation independently.
