QMF does not include an option to install headers system-wide.

This makes creating packaging (deb, RPM, etc) applications which rely on QMF difficult, as there is no predictable location for headers like there is for e.g. Qt itself, meaning the builder can't find the QMF headers, so the package build will fail unless manually built on a developer's system.

I'm honestly not sure what additional details you might require for this, please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
