mkCal: MKCalEngine::createPersistentException() does not set the incidence recurrenceId properly

MKCalEngine::createPersistentException() call mkCal::ExtendedCalendar::dissociateSingleOccurrence() which returns an incidence with the recurrenceId set to the provided dateTime (KDateTime type) parameter. However, MKCalEngine::createPersistentException() constructs the KDateTime from a simple QDate and thus drops the time part from the recurrenceId.
