QGeoPositionInfoSource::requestUpdate() times out immediately if Maps disclaimer has not been accepted

Steps to reproduce:

1. Reset your device to factory conditions
2. Install app that used QGeoPositionInfoSource::requestUpdate()
3. Initiate functionality that uses requestUpdate()

Expected:

Position info is eventually signaled from the geoPositionInfoSource.

Actual:

Update times out within 500ms

Workaround:

Launch Maps app and tap "Start" button below disclaimer (paraphrased): "...Location may not always be accurate..."
